We are currently developing a tool to easily remove existing wosbee accounts so that each account holder could request removal from inside their own profiles. Naturally this request needs to be verified somehow and we are thinking of the best and most reliable ways of doing this. The process is still evolving and we hope to get it all done very soon. At the moment we don't delete the shops based on email requests.

Meanwhile, if you really want to close your shop so that people can't use it anymore, the best way to do this is to use an empty template in your shop (maybe with a few words to your possible previous customers that you have closed the shop).
