Q: Can I change my Wosbee shopname or close my old shop??

A: We don't currently have any automated process for closing / moving accounts.

You can however make the old page (http://oldshop.shop.wosbee.com) redirect any users to the new page (http://newshop.shop.wosbee.com). Just add the following code inside the tags in the framefree editor (visual > www-outlook > structure > framefree), in your old account:

If any users now go to your old page, they are automatically redirected to the new page. When we get the account closing service up and running, we will close your old accout.
