Q. I don't want to be a member anymore. What should I do?
A. Send an e-mail to team@wosbee.com, and we will delete all information related to your Wosbee account. Include all your account details so we can check the validity of your request.
I emailed you at the beginning of Sept to cancel my account and shop (giving all details as requested), yet I find it is still running. How long does it take for you to cancel it?!
Shops not closed despite requesting it.
