client can't view link page

hi,

i have just relaunched my shop after adding in some new products and had double check that everything is alright with the link by accessing into my shop and viewing the products link but currently i've had been told by some of my friends complaining that they can't see the product pages except the home page.

can someone tell me what went wrong?

did i miss out any important steps during the process?

or do i need to login to my shop admin to have my shop open for the clients to access?

pls help.
