At the moment, the 25GB limit is only a guideline and not a strict limit. It is however wise to optimize your websites for speed anyway. The smaller you page document and images are, the faster they will be loaded when your customers try to browse your site.

One way to check your document size is to use Firefox browser and add a plug-in called "Web developer". Once you've installed the plug-in, you can find information of your document size by selecting Web Developer >> Information >> View Document Size from Tools menu in Firefox. I hope this helps.
