Related products on a popup window

When a user buys some product from my shop, can I have a popup window saying something like "users who bought this product bought also these products" ?

You would be better to use a section below the "Cart" section (before payment) to get some impulse buys because after they have bought and paid for the items, they will be less likely to go through the process of buying again.
