Some body know why my shop is nor accepting pay pal payments i alrady choose that , i review my e mail everythig seems correct

You don't have Paypal

You don't have Paypal selected as a means of payment. You need to go to the payment module, and select International/Paypal, enter your PP account info and them activate it in "add/remove" by selecting "intra/extra". Right now you only have "invoice" as a means of payment.
