Problem with product management: cannot open product management

I have a problem with product management:

For some reason when I click "products" tab the "product management" page is *totally empty* (only the head tab showing) - I cannot build any product groups etc.

When I click "products" and then again "products", the link is not active at all (it's just plain text).

Have I missed some important step or is there something wrong?

Editing pages + css etc. works fine and other windows open just fine.

There are products there as you have the default one still configured.

Try clearing your java cache via control panel and your browser cache to see if that helps.

Did you select the "main root group" in visual/settings? Are the products "hidden" because they're out of stock or you haven't selected "visible" in products management? I haven't heard of the problem you're having with a blank products page...........maybe someone from Wosbee will take a look? I would also change the theme and set up a new shop to see if that helps.

I don't have blank products page but the whole product management page doesn't show up; only the header "product management" but its then totally empty with no possibility to do nothing. I tried already changin theme and I've contacted Wosbee (and they forwarded me here)...

If you set up an account to edit products only, one of us could try to admin the shop to see if we are able to edit product details...that will confirm if it's you PC or the site

problem solved... It was after all the old classic one: pop up window didn't open (even though all other pop up's opened?! which didn't make me suspicious about this one)
I updated my AVG and after that, no problem.
