I have a sign-in problems..

When I sign in my account, it´s working fine. When I press "my shop admin" button, sometimes it asks organization, username and password. When I type my password ja username, it says, that username and password are wrong. Sometimes when I push "my shop admin" button, I dont have to put any password and it goes to workspace automaticly. Because I have this problem, I cant get mu workspace in finnish.
Somebody help me, please!

Try to remind your credentials
Organization: your shop name
User: your shop name or any other user name you have created in admin interface's System-User
Password: your password
Choose admin interface language from a select box on the admin login page.
To change the admin interface language when you are logged in, log out, select new language and log in again.
