Editing the "head" field of individual products

Hello,

I would like to have an individual title in the browser for each of my product categories and for each of my products (like this page title: Submit forum topic I Wosbee - the World's largest webshop community,
or:
http://santasletter.shop.wosbee.com/PublishedService?file=&pageID=3&acti...
or
http://proled.shop.wosbee.com/PublishedService?file=page&pageID=9&itemco...).
Where can I modify the HTML "head" field of my products?

So I need to edit the "title" section in the "head" field in the HTML-source of my categories/products page to be able to display the different categories/products name in the browsers title (beside the browser logo).
