Problem with status of Paypal payment

I have an order that shows payment status as "pending" at Wosbee but when I check Paypal, it shows it's completed and paid. I had to manually mark it paid so the order confirmation email would go out. Is this a Paypal issue or a Wosbee issue?
Update: Even though I changed payment status to "paid", the order confirmation email was not automatically sent to the customer. So had to do that manually too.

We will check this issue. If this is a bug we will fix it.

I checked this issue and it seems, that client didn't return to the shop. Also check transaction history, what there written about this payment.

The same thing just happened

The same thing just happened again. I have it set up so when an order is placed, an order received email goes out. When payment is confirmed, a payment confirmation email goes out. I got the email indicating an order had been placed, then I got the payment confirmation email from Paypal. Never got the Wosbee generated payment confirmed email. The money is in my Paypal account, but the order still shows "pending" in payment status and so no payment confirmation email went out.. I had to send it manually.
As I said before I think there's a problem with Paypal returning the payment confirmed status back to Wosbee. I'd be happy to email the status logs for analysis if it would help.

This problem is getting worse.

A customer just called me because he placed an order but was never taken to the Paypal checkout page. He got the order received email but nothing else. The order form was sent to Paypal but nothing came back and the status is pending. I had him manually send the money to Paypal and then I clicked paid-and another order received email was sent-not the "paid" email!!! This ALWAYS worked flawlessly before. I had to manually send the "paid" email again so he'd see it was confirmed.
I haven't changed any settings, and it did work great before. Can someone look into this?

Sorry for late answer avdistribution, most of ppl here are on vacation and our payment specialist is too till the end of the month.

What I can say that we haven't changed anything in paypal for the last year or so. So if it always works, but sometimes it crashes it must be some external source of problem.
