IP-address of an order

Hello,
I received fake orders and I would like to know if I could somehow find out from which IP-address it came from? Does wosbee track these?

Why you are sure that it's fake order?
Well...
In some cases I received orders which were like this:
Name: ÖR öR
Email: Ör@örörö.com
... and so on.
For some order, I have received email from the adress that ahs been used saying that they didnt make the order.
I have the same problem.
I have the same problem. Within past few days we've received fake orders with names and addresses picked up from various web sites (pen pal site etc.). Now I don't know which orders are real and which are fake.
I'm getting pretty annoyed because I can't do anything about this - and I'm getting really angry calls from people (and their parents!), who's information have been used making these fake orders, thinking that I'm trying to force them to buy these items, which of course I'm not! Some of these addresses belong to children, which hopefully don't need big cup bras at their age!
Any idea how to stop this?

Hello, i will say my opinion, not like wosbee team member, but like usually user, i hope its ok. Because i don't know right answer at the moment. At first, if somebody picked up any confidential information, from i.e paypal, its paypal's problems, you can consult with paypal about every sale maked with this type of payment(paypal). Write emails to all payment systems, where information has been stolen also.
I will consult with my colleagues about fake orders.
