Paypal pending echeck clearance status/notification

Why does the status for a pending echeck clearance payment for Paypal show "failed" in the orders module? Does this mean the customer is getting returned to a page on the site that shows "failed" too? If so, how do I change that so the page they are returned to shows "pending clearance of echeck"? Is that a change I need to make at Paypal or on the site (I think there's only one option for a return url at Paypal but I could be wrong)?

I talked to a customer who placed 2 orders for the same item by Paypal echeck and he verified that although the payment went to "processing" status at Paypal, he was returned to a page that said "order failed" on my site. That's why he placed a 2nd order. I understand that echecks take a few days to clear so don't show "paid" immediately, but that shouldn't trigger an "order failed" message on the page they get returned to. Very confusing for customers and I have other examples where I wasn't so lucky and it appears the customer gave up.
So somehow the "pending echeck clearance" message coming back from Paypal needs to be recognized and interpreted by Wosbee as an "order completed-pending echeck clearance" with a corresponding page shown to the customer, not interpreted as a failed order.
The customer message part works fine-I have it set so a customer gets an email confirming their order, pending payment processing -noting the delay if an echeck was used, and then a completed order email when payment goes through. But if you were a customer and saw a page that said "order failed" and then got an email telling you your order was accepted.....well, I'm sure you get the point!

Where is the "order failed" page hiding?

Since this doesn't seem to recognized as a problem, I need to know how to access the page that shows "order failed" so I can add some verbiage about the issue with Paypal echecks. It's not in the "notifications" or anywhere else that I can find.

Hi.

Sorry for the late reply. The problem has been noted. The 'order failed' page can be found in (admin interface) Visual -> Themes -> Page construction > Order composition pages > Order 3 - payment confirm and Payment confirmation element. As far as I know the 'order failed' message can be changed there.
