different payment method

I wonder if its possible to use Payer as payment method. www.payer.se
Where should i put there code? Its work like this that when customer click on cardpay by payer, then they get redirected to SSL safe site with Payer. I supose that it is the same as Dibs and other method. Is it even possible for me to put in the codes for this system. Can i add this codes in "page constructions" adding a new HTML page and getting it to work or is it moore advanced than this?
We think that Dibs and the other methods u have chosen is to expensive and are "stealing" to much of the profit. I understand that here are many small webshop owners at Wosbee and then it could be a good idea to have some card payment method that dont take so much in fee.
