Possibility to have different tax region settings in different countries. Also products will be given a tax category instead of a VAT-percentage. This enables taxing different percetages for same products when sold to different countries.

HOW TO USE?

A new feature for users is the VAT Settings in Products->Settigns area. This allows you to apply particular VAT depending on customers region (a country or area) and products category (like books, food, etc.).

To use this feature, do these 5 steps.

1. Create the VAT regions (Products -> Settings -> VAT settings). If your business is based in Finland, you could use for example Finland, EU-country, non-EU. You can add regions later on if needed.

2. Add VAT categories for all products types (Products -> Settings -> VAT settings). For example in Finland the default VAT is 22% but there are differenet percentages for books and food.

3. Select right VAT percentages to all categories/regions. For example if a DVD is sold from Finland to Finland the percentage is 22. But if the same DVD is sold to USA the precentage is 0.

4. Go to products management and select right categories to each product. If you do not select a category for a product, default setting is used.

5. Go to Customers -> settings -> questions and there to the "country" question. Select right country codes to each VAT region.

This way the right VAT is shown in order confirmation page.

When browsing the shop, the webshop does not know where the cusomer is from. Because of this it usually is good idea to show prices both with and without VAT. Or if your customers come mainly from a single VAT region, use only that price. Let customers know in your "Customer support" page how VAT is managed in your shop.

Integration with Finland's post which offers automatic generation of the required documents for sending COD packets. The integration also automatically associates a tracking code with the order.

When the prinetti service is activated a button appears In Orders -> Order information you will see the Prinetti button which contains all of the prinetti templates that can be printed.

A click on the link of a desired template will get the order follow-up code. Follow-up code will be assigned to the current order. If there is no saved templates yet, you can create a new oen by clicking the button "Create new".

Possibility to create different delivery types and create rules to automatically calculate their cost based on the order's total weight or value. You can also mix these so that the price is usually determined by order's total weight, but if the order's value exceeds over some limit, the costs can be reduced.

Adding a new method is as always by the following process:

• Go to Payment->Shipping -> add/remove

• Click the "Add new shipping method" -button after which another row for new shipping method will appear on the tab.

• Enter your desire the Code, Name, Description and all other date requested.

• Use ”Move” icons you can change the shipping methods order sequence selection that will appear in your webshop.

The updated version show the removal of Cost / Vat from the line and in its places an edit prices link.

By clicking this link a new window will appear which gives you the option of entering price and VAT as:

• Weight based delivery cost calculation

(which allows delivery price alteration if the amount of units are of a certain value)

• Order value based delivery cost calculation

(which allows delivery price alteration if the costs exceed a certain value)
